The knitted fabric pattern of «Chimvolokno» production from Svetlogorsk is analyzed. The loop structure parameters of knitted fabric are calculated and compared according to different geometric models. It is determined that the using of F. Pirs geometric model of loop can allow improving knitted fabric quality for the basis of material for special purpose thanks to more proportional loop structure.
