Structuring ppp projects of transport infrastructure in the framework of the implementation of megaprojects

The subjects of implementation of megaprojects for the development of the territory are considered. To realize these projects, first of all, a transport infrastructure is needed. In the conditions of shortage offunds for the project implementation, the possibility of using the PPP mechanism was considered. On the example of the construction of a high-speed road, which is necessary for the development of the Pudozhsky district of the Republic of Karelia, the structuring of the project is considered taking into account the definition of the expediency of attracting foreign participants. The economic estimation of various variants of project realization is given. The structure of an estimation of expediency of PPP-projects with foreign participation within the megaproject is offered.
