Structural and functional organization of self-modifying, self-learning neural network

One of the possible approaches to the creation of artificial neural network capable to some degree mimic the functioning of the entire brain, rather than its individual features, such as image recognition and speech recognition. Such a network should be able to educate themselves and modifying self during operation. It offers the possibility to structure the growing self-organizing neural networks and algorithms of its formation and initial setup.
