Results of experimental research of the effect of structure and phase composition of NiTi alloys on adsorption and catalytic properties of a surface, determining along with mechanical stress, biocompatibility of materials, are given. It is shown that changes in these properties are accompanied by change in physical state of extracellular matrix formed on the surface of material that was estimated by quantity of osteoblasts focal contacts. On the basis of the experimental data the conclusion on the possibility of purposeful management by biocompatibility of the alloys studied is made and recommendations for surface characteristics sufficient for structural and phase state control are given.
