Objective: to find out leading factors of state, readiness and statokinetic stability of highly qualified weightlifters. Study concerning weightlifters (men qualified as masters of sports, aged 21.44 ± 0.50 years) was conducted at special preparatory stage. We studied body composition (body composition analyzer «Tanita», Japan), spinal column state (diagnostic suite«3D Scanner», Russia), stabilometrical values (diagnostic complex «MBN Stabilo», Russia). Body composition analysis shows that fat tissue is distributed unequally: upper extremities contain about 15 %, lower extremities and body contain about 18 % of all fat tissue. Locomotor system state indicates specific postural balance that is determined by declination of general center of pressure forward and leftward, vertical deviation of spinal column in frontal plane as well as in sagittal plane. Integrative activity of weightlifter body consists of adaptation universality, achieved specific regulation of stability of functions, organs, systems and the whole organism up to periods of socially significant contests. Static loading due to tonic and tectonic muscle contraction, microtrauma in ankle and knee joints, is predictor of ascending disorders of locomotor system and development of compensatory postural balance in highly qualified weightlifters.
