The article considers the main structural and functional models of logistics systems of urban public passenger transport (UPPT), developed in accordance with the provisions of the value-based approach and ensuring the sustainable functioning and development of the regulated sector of the city's passenger transport system in the conditions of new urban mobility. A methodological approach to the development of management solutions for the development of the UPPT logistics system is presented, considering the variability of its structural and dynamic characteristics, the content and level of satisfaction of the recipients ' requirements for the quality of the system and the parameters of the service flow.
