In the article the attempt of consideration the pantheon of sakha ancestors in the context of dual conception of the Sky cult has been undertaken. The original differentiation of the pantheon in three groups - Ajyy, Tojon, Khan is proposed. They perform different functions and two groups of Deities connected with cults of the Moon and the Sun (Ajyy and Tojon) have been picked out from these groups. They personify the proto elements of water and fire, and they are also corresponded with the concepts «algys» (good wish, eucharist) and «archy» (clarification). Thus, the third group represents the combination (mix) of qualities of the first and second groups, and is defined as «Donators of Destinies» who can be perceived as indicators of levels of social status. According to the authors hypothesis the Indo-Iranian phonetic and semantic parallels of names and functions of some Deities of Ajyy point at genetic relations in formation of pantheons of Sakha ancestors and ancient Aryans.
