Structural aspects of operational management of a tourist enterprise

The article discusses the structural aspects of operational management of a tourist enterprise. It is established that it is impractical to consider the economic mechanism of the functioning of the service systems of a tourist enterprise without focusing on the principles of its functioning. At the same time, there are various principles of organization and functioning of operating systems of a tourist enterprise, which were attributed to: scientific in combination with elements of creativity; purposefulness; functional specialization in combination with universality; consistency; optimal coupling. It is proved that the service system is the main element of the operating system. It was found out that the operating system of a tourist enterprise operates in difficult socio-economic conditions, and therefore it is necessary to carefully evaluate the process of operation of this system. It is determined that the operating system is created and operates taking into account the strategy of operational activity, which, in turn, is one of the functional strategies for the development of a tourist enterprise. It is determined that the management process as an element of management activity contains a communication system, the development and implementation of management decisions, information support. The main task of the operational activity management system is the formation of professional management activities. Therefore, the organizational structure of a tourist enterprise should prevent making wrong decisions.
