Structural innovations in the paradigm of sustainable progressive development

The aim of the article is to concretize the object structure of sustainable progressive development. The relevance of the research subject is due to the fragmentation of existing approaches to the characteristics of the structure of sustainable progressive development, in which there is no implementation of the requirements of the principle of inclusiveness. Methodological and methodical basis of the article is a systematic interdisciplinary paradigm, structural-genetic and functional approach to the problem, as well as the unity of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The main scientific results are the qualitative update and formation of the “five-link” object structure of the concept of sustainable progressive development instead of the existing “triad”; the characteristic of causal relations between all elements of the object structure and the justification of their target functions; in the actualization of a decent human life as a systemic axiological foundation and an integral goal of sustainable progressive development.
