Structural analysis of the economy of the Russian Federation in the context of sanctions restrictions

This paper presents a detailed structural analysis of the Russian economy in the context of sanctions restrictions imposed by Western countries. Over the past ten years, Russia has been under the influence of sanctions imposed by several European countries and the United States, which have had a significant impact on all spheres of public life, as well as on the economic system of our country. The consequences of the imposed sanctions have a strong impact on the structure of the country’s economy. The authors analyze the structure and changes in the Russian economy due to the imposition of sanctions and other financial and economic restrictions. The influence of the considered factors on the sectors of the economy and industry, as well as other aspects of the Russian economic system, is described. It is noted that the sanctions impact on the Russian economy has affected the structure of gross domestic product by type of economic activity, which allows us to consider the state of the economy and describe the current situation, as well as to form a forecast for several years. The paper examines the issue of structural changes in industry and within the framework of the international trade system. The stability of economic growth in the short term is also discussed, and the impact of renewed growth in consumer lending and a reduction in deposits in the context of lower interest rates is predicted. In conclusion, the directions of development of the Russian economy are presented, which can be used to develop a mechanism for a new state policy in the context of countering anti-Russian sanctions.
