In article objects (substances) of a network fof collecting telemetric information (NCTI) and informational communications which exist between them in NCTI informational model volume are considered. The function model of automated design system (ADS) of NCTI with the description of the main logic functions of system, data flows and their storages, sufficient for transition to development stage of structural synthesis methods of electrical current diagrams of SSTI is considered.
