The structure of the water balance elementary watersheds in the area of Omsk

The article is devoted to the study of the structure of the water balance and basic flow in the region of Omsk. Proposed approach and a computer program that allows without expensive daily flow measurements, only on the basis of a standard daily measurements of air temperature and precipitation, to build multi-year chain of hydrographs of runoff, soil moisture and evapotranspiration from the surface of the elementary watershed (area of land) with a daily resolution.
