This article explores the possibility of developing a labor market infrastructure by introducing a specific intermediary, the task of which is the development of students and recent graduates of educational institutions realize educational programs professional training, skills, effective behavior in the labor market. The relevance of the organization of student recruitment agency due to the fact that students and recent graduates of educational institutions are often uncompetitive in the labor market due to the lack of practical experience in professional activities and skills in job search and employment. In this situation student recruitment agency acts as a tool of competence-based approach to the formation of practice-oriented competencies job seekers through active interaction with employers, adaptation to the conditions of the labor market, performance of production tasks and immersion in a real professional environment. Unlike most of the recruitment agencies that specialize either in the selection of personnel for employers or the employment of job seekers, student recruitment agency is necessary to carry out a range of services and recruitment, and recruitment, and to provide jobs as part of the agency, as well as implementation of professional support of projects of students who decide to do business.
