Substorms of 26.02.2008: synthesis of scenarios Outside-in and Inside-out

Data of measurements on board the satellites THEMIS, as well as data from high-latitude network of ground-based magnetometers processed by technique of inversion of magnetograms were used for describing the time sequence of major processes of 26.02.2008 substorms. It is concluded that this sequence agrees with none of two known substorm scenarios Outside-in and Inside-out but it corresponds to their synthesis.
