Subject of killing in the condition of affect

This article defines the concept of the subject of an affective murder, as well as some features of the qualification of the crime, which is provided for in Article 107 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the concept of the affective state and the content of its characteristics is examined. The purpose of this study is to study the criminal law description of murder in a state of affect, on the basis of which such a concept as "the subject of an affective murder" will be defined, its characteristic features are highlighted.
