Subjective assessment of their own lives by students of the first year

The article noted high levels of satisfaction with their quality of life in students. Compared to population-wide data students of the first year were less satisfied with psychological sphere, level of independence, environment, satisfaction with the spiritual sphere in contrast, was higher. Comparative characteristics of quality of life in students with persons under the age of 23 years from different regions of the Russian Federation, revealed greater satisfaction with student transportation, security, home environment, financial situation and health care, as well as positive emotions. Gender differences were most pronounced in the sphere of social relationships.
