Subjective portrait and criminalistic aspects of its use in criminal proceedings

The article reveals the essential features of the subjective portrait, as well as the problems of creating subjective portraits with the help of modern automated gabitoscopic information systems. Objective and subjective circumstances affecting the process of forming a mental image in the memory of an eyewitness, witness and victim are analyzed. The problems of existing regional gabitoscopic surveys are analyzed. The creation of a single automated gabitoscopic system is proposed.
