Subjectivity of the Russian technical intelligentsia in the implementation of computerization tasks

The article deals with the problems of solving urgent problems facing the Russian society from the methodological position of subjectivity of the Russian technical intelligentsia. Based on empirical data obtained by the author as a result of a survey of the expert community of technical intelligentsia (April 2019), the author shows the main priorities of innovative development, including informatization, problems faced by representatives of the technical intelligentsia in their activities, as well as measures necessary to create a modern information and innovation environment.
