Subjects of cassation appeal in criminal proceedings

Introduction: the author studies subjects of cassation appeal in criminal proceedings. Materials and Methods: the author used general academic methods of cognition and specific such as comparative and legal, system and structural and case law analysis. Results: certain issues including increasing the range of subjects of cassation appeal in criminal proceedings need clarifying. The author certain proposals in this regard. Discussion and Conclusions: the author suggests single out successors of decendent suspect, accused and convict among persons who have the right of cassation appeal of court decisions under cassational procedure.
