Subjects of rights on country and of the ground area

The questions of ownership of citizens, their non-profit organizations and commercial entities land plots allocated for individual residential and dacha construction, and use them. The author has analyzed the relevant norms of civil, land legislation of the Russian Federation and concluded that a commercial organization, as a citizen or a non-profit association of citizens entitled to own and use the dacha plot.
