Subjects of counteraction to detecting and investigating crimes in the sphere of foreign economic activities

Changes in crime in the twentieth century, the manifestation of a complex of threats to economic security in the context of glocalization of the world society and the economy, predetermine the need and actualize the need to work out optimal forensic tools and methods to combat crimes in the field of foreign economic activity. The article presents the results of the conducted study of criminal cases and the inquiry of investigators and investigators, based on which a classification of subjects and typical methods for counteracting the detection and investigation of crimes as basic provisions for the development of an appropriate integrated methodology was proposed.
