This article considers a question of criminal liability subjects. The existing opinions of scientists researching the criminal procedure liability and its limits are reviewed. The author discusses a proposition about moral content of the criminal procedure responsibility. It is concluded that the subjects of the criminal procedure liability are identical with participants of the criminal legal proceedings.
