Subjects of political processes management on a sub-national level in the Russian Federation

The article carries out a comparative analysis of subjects of the political processes management in the post-Soviet regions of Russia. The author argues for the systematization of influence resources, status dispositions, and strategies of political actors in the Russian Federation. It is stated, that the ethno-political elites predominate at the sub-national level. The influence of the power re-centralization on the interaction between the political actors is also discussed in the study.
