Bureaucracy subculture in the regional chronotope

The paper discusses the phenomenon of bureaucracy subculture defined as a specific value local world of an officer, as well as the main directions of spreading of bureaucratic subculture in the contemporary society. The most characteristic features of the subculture of bureaucracy are identified: imitative nature, set on simplification, deformed corporativism.
