The Don Cossacks' khutor gathering court under the customary law the second half of the 19th century as a peculiar understanding and manifestation of the principles of law and justice

In this article the author shows the uniqueness of law enforcement and the rule of law and justice based of the organization, as well as the consideration and resolution of disputes in courts gatherings under the customary law of the Don Cossacks during the second half of the 19th century. These issues have not yet been the subject of scientific study of any historical and legal nor historical and ethnological sciences.
