The court as a possible subject of verification activities aimed at establishing grounds for state registration of real property rights

The article deals with an issue related to judicial decisions which mediate State title registration of immovable things and their influence on it. The author analyses court involvement in the process of verifying the existence of grounds for State registration, addresses the problem of the ambiguity of limits of expert legal examinations of documents on State registration carried out by the registration body when there are judicial decisions on criminalizing illicit of refusal to grant State registration. The author also articulates proposals to change existing legislation.
