Status of Transport Vehicles-Property Evidence Relating to Crimes Under Art. 326 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the subject of the crime provided for in Article 326 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The features of recognition and inclusion of a vehicle as material evidence are studied. The main features and problems of resolving the issue of the future fate of a vehicle - material evidence in a criminal case of this category are considered.
