The article describes the main problems associated with the examination of pornographic products: the difficulty of distinguishing pornographic products from works of erotic art, as well as difficulties in determining the criteria by which it is possible to determine pornographic materials and objects. The authors formulate specific recommendations to improve the existing legislation in this area and the practice of its application.
