In this article, the authors attempted to provide a brief overview of the judicial systems, development history, current status and existing trends in the development of the judicial branch of power in the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The article analyzes not only civil proceedings, but also constitutional and criminal ones. A combined review of the legal proceedings of each state as a whole, while maintaining the focus on the analysis of civil procedural legislation, allows you to fully understand the judicial ecosystem formed in each country, and also allows you to compare the paths of historical development, formulate certain common features and become the basis for a comprehensive study of foreign experience.
