Forensic expert activities in criminal cases: subjects, contents of legal relations

The analysis of the contents and essence of legal relations between the participants of procedures of appointment and carrying out forensic examinations in criminal cases allows to evaluate the working normative regulations as overly schematic, fragmentary, leaving many issues directly connected with admissibility of evidence and realisation of criminal procedure purpose to the law enforcement official's arbitrary judgement.
