Forensic psychiatric examination is one of the most commonly prescribed examinations in criminal proceedings, as it solves a key question of sanity - insanity of the crime committer and determination of his/ her guilt. There are many reasons for appointment of this examination, but one of them is often overlooked by law enforcement agencies, namely the presence of intoxication as a result of active tuberculous process in the organism of the suspect (the accused) person
