Forensic Technical Examination of New Generation Documents

The purpose of considering the stated topic was the need to study new modern trends in the use of forensic technical research in the implementation of the evidentiary procedure in both civil and criminal cases. The research methodology was based on analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison, generalization, classification, concretization, observation, comparison and description. Based on the results of the research, the article discusses the issues of forensic technical research of new-generation identity documents. The results of the work were the deduced provisions that can serve as a basis for creating and improving the methodology for studying new-generation documents in order to increase the effectiveness of solving the problems of forensic technical examination of documents. From the point of view of the novelty, originality and value of the research work carried out, we note that the authors reveal the main, including modern ways and methods of obtaining information through forensic research and research, and the very name of the work implies the novelty and value of the research and speaks for itself.
