Judicial and non-judicial ways of protection against corruption

Purpose: Consideration of judicial and non-judicial ways of protection against corruption. Methodology: Dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, comparative legal method were used. Results: This article presents the main mechanisms of combating corruption - judicial and non-judicial. Also, the levers of regulation of anti-corruption legislation and the sense of understanding of protection from corruption, as protection of constitutional human rights, are described. Novelty/originality/value: This article has a high scientific value, as it reveals one of the significant obstacles to the implementation of Constitutional human rights and the development of a modern legal society.
