Judicial expenses on cases of challenging the results of determining the cadastral value: problems of compensation

The article deals with issues related to the distribution of court costs in cases of challenging the results of determining the cadastral value of real estate. The reasons for the emergence of the question of the peculiarities of the distribution of court costs in these cases are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Controversial situations in practice and the approaches of the courts in their resolution are revealed. On the basis of examples, conclusions are formulated about trends and patterns in the practice of courts when resolving the issue of the distribution of court costs in cases of this category.
