Suicidal behavior of alcoholics in old age of alcohol withdrawal (in south of Tyumen region)

In 83.6% of patients with alcoholism in old age with signs of alcohol withdrawal are identified various forms of suicidal behavior, the structure of which is dominated by suicidal ideation (41.4%) . Share blackmailing forms is only 2.2%. Factors increased suicidal activity attributed adverse social conditions (42.0%), of which the leading light of retirement , reduced financial security , loss of social status , etc. Less commonly called a conflict in the family (18.7%) , heavy drinking (14.3%) and poor health (12.9%) . These data suggest the authors consider in developing prevention and correction of suicidal behavior of alcoholics.
