The aim of the article is to analyze the characteristics of suicidal behavior among minors who planned and/or committed attacks on educational institutions. Materials and methods. 22 minors aged 13-18 (21 males) were studied who were accused of or suspected of committing or planning an attack on educational institutions, and who underwent a comprehensive forensic psychological and psychiatric examination (CFPPE) at the Federal State Budgetary Institution “National Medical Research Center for PN named after. V.P. Serbsky" of the Russian Ministry of Health. Results. Mental health disorders were identified in 86.4% of the subjects; schizophrenia spectrum disorders (45.5%) and emerging personality pathology (22.8%) were most often noted. The following characteristics were common to all minors, regardless of the presence or absence of mental disorders: the formation of obsessive and/or overvalued ideas, passion for destructive Internet content, and also, in 77.3% of cases, certain manifestations of suicidal behavior - from suicidal intentions and plans to attempted or completed suicide. A correlation was revealed (r=0.88) between suicidal intentions and passion for destructive websites with aggressive and self-aggressive themes. Conclusion. The desocializing influence of destructive content on minors is shown, provoking mentally and psychologically immature adolescents to implement aggressive behavioral patterns. Studying the specifics of auto- and hetero-aggressive behavior in minors with various mental health disorders and the factors influencing its formation is the initial link in determining the targets for preventing the commission of socially dangerous acts.
