Suicidal jumps from a height. Part I: prevalence, risk factors and classification

In the first part of the article, which opens a series of publications on methods of suicide, with the involvement of scientific, historical and fiction data, media reports and personal medical experience, the typology and conditions of suicidal jumps from a height, clinical and social characteristics of suicides, risk factors are shown; the original working (flexible as new data is obtained) classification of suicidal jumps is given in the light of the development of general and targeted preventive measures within the framework of a typical multi-level anti-crisis program.
