Lung surfactant system of rats with different stress resistance in alloxan diabetes after administration of dalargin

In the present work the effect of dalargin on surface-active properties and biochemical composition of lung surfactant of rats with different stress resistance in experimental alloxan diabetes was explored. It is shown that dalargin exerts the adaptive influence upon the lung surfactant in rats with alloxan diabetes, increasing its functional activity and modulating the composition of alveolar phospholipids.
