Essential terms of the real estate pledge agreement (mortgage)

According to the current legislation, an agreement is considered concluded if the parties have reached an agreement on all the essential terms of such an agreement. Within the framework of this article, the essential conditions of the real estate pledge agreement are considered, namely: the concept of «essential terms of the agreement» is investigated; the essential conditions themselves are analyzed; some problems that are most often encountered when concluding a mortgage agreement are investigated.
