In the article in polemical form proves the groundlessness of the claims that the Soviet leadership in 1944, allegedly had the intention to deport the Ukrainian population who had lived under the German occupation. The facts given in the article leave no doubt that the published in the Ukrainian press in 1992, so-called Order of the NKVD of the USSR and the People's Commissariat of defense of the USSR from June 22, 1944, allegedly on the basis of which there had been an eviction of all Ukrainians who lived under the German occupation, is a fabricated fake. Due to the total absence of supporting documents and obvious contradictions with the existing facts, it is under serious question the credibility of statements made by N.S. Khrushchev at the twentieth Congress of the CPSU in 1956, about that Stalin allegedly didn’t evict Ukrainians only because «there are too many of them and they are nowhere to be sent».
