The essence of the financial strategy of an energy marketing company

This article examines the essence of forming a financial strategy for energy marketing companies in order to effectively manage the financial activities of the company. According to the author, the financial strategy is the basis for the overall development strategy of the company, while it can be noted that the main objectives of the corporate and financial strategy are consistent. The article describes the characteristics and objectives of the financial strategy, which are highlighted by domestic and foreign scientists. The main types of classifications of financial strategies have been carefully considered, which include a growth and cost increase strategy and a reduction strategy. The summary of financial indicators of energy supply companies – guaranteeing suppliers for 2022-2024 is presented. The stages of financial strategy formation are analyzed. The demand management project is considered in detail as an additional source for attracting financial resources.
