Nature and peculiarities of information openness of the authorities in modern Russia

In the scientific literature different approaches in studying of policy of informational openness of the authorities in modern Russia are revealed: federal, regional, technological, legal and social. However, despite the abundance of work related to information policy and government interaction with the media, there are almost no researches on the policy of information openness of the authorities in Russian regions in terms of their characteristics, factors and models to ensure the system "power - media - society".
