The essence and role of small business

Small business is an important part of a healthy state economy and it is believed that the larger its share, the more stable the system within the country. The article examines the essence of the concept of "small business", provides the legislative basis for this phenomenon, and provides classification by category. The reasons why small businesses are able to help the economy and provide additional jobs are given. Some effective ways of interaction between different forms of business are also considered. Based on the above, it can be concluded that without a small business, the economy is not able to effectively counteract crises and negative changes, therefore, there are measures to support small businesses.
