The nature and structure of professionally significant personal qualities of employees of the customs service

Training of specialists of customs service in the conditions of higher education institution demands qualitative formation of steady knowledge of the customs legislation, economic competence, psychological and physical preparation of potential workers. The article deals with the main professionally significant personal qualities of employees, the concept of professional responsibility and its main structural components, proposes measures to improve the efficiency of customs officers.
