The task of strategic analysis of the company's activities and development is one of the most important in a competitive environment. The article presents strategic organizational changes as an integrative process, in which all elements of the organization, such as human resources, systems and technologies, are taken into account for the successful implementation of changes. The proposed model of strategic organizational changes is an attempt to link the software and hardware components of organizations. Due to the pressure expected from the external environment and the critical vision of organizations, research shows that senior management needs to create a flexible and adaptive infrastructure that should lead modern and complex organizations to optimal levels of productivity.
