Essence of credit risk, factors its determining

This article is devoted to the concept of the essence of credit risk, the analysis of the factors determining it is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the organization of risk management of a commercial bank. The list of obligations that are obligations of the debtor is given. The main goal of the article is to find possible solutions to the problem of banks' confrontation with credit risk.
