Considering psychological and educational literature the article deals with military personnel’s activities falling short of accepted standards and rules. The author describes such concepts as: delinquency, illegal activity, immoral fault, deviant behaviour, asocial behaviour, etc, and elucidates the matters of the military personnel’s deviant behaviour.
