Essence of social and economic efficiency of development of a region

Problems of social and economic efficiency of development of a region are analysed in the article. Levels of objective and subjective relations are educed, tasks of regional management are considered, basic components of economic potential (resource and resultative) and their rational utilisation influencing regional efficiency in general are determined and analysed.
