The behavior of the labor character is determined by the motivation of labor activity, the formation of which, in turn, occurs under the influence of all needs, interests, different values and ideals, orientations of value character, motives and attitudes. Needs act as deep-seated sources of interest. Interests form ideals, values and motives. At the same time, the interests and values are affected by the direct nature of the labor situation in the company, which is determined by a set of planned and estimated indicators, administrative decisions and the entire system of incentives.
