The nature, types and efficiency of investment in human resourses

Today, due to the increase in the value of the knowledge problem of labor resources is particularly important. Human resources have greater influence on the further development of the organization. Since labor is used in every area of activity necessary for any enterprise is an effective investment in human capital. In addition, business outcomes depend not only on the decisions of the head, but also on how well and quickly they will be implemented. And this, in turn, is determined by the quality and efficiency of labor potential. This study examined the nature, types and efficiency of investment in human capital. In an article for a more accurate understanding of the object of study is considered the first step of the essence of human capital and its evolution. The second section discusses the theoretical aspects of the concept of investment in human capital, as well as the types of investments. The third section presents calculations describing assessment of return on investment in human capital.
